What counts as a credit?

One credit equals one static ad, one carousel, or one HTML5 display ad. Video ads cost 5 credits, UGC videos cost 10, and full campaigns cost 25. See the credit costs table above for the full breakdown.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your monthly usage. You can always upgrade mid-cycle if you need more.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credits for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the start of your next cycle.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can purchase additional credit packs at any time, or upgrade your plan for a better per-credit rate. We will notify you when you are running low.

Is there a contract or commitment?
